ACCOUNT DISCLOSURES: The following disclosures apply to all accounts unless specifically stated otherwise.

Rate Information.  The dividend rate and APY may change every quarter, as determined by the credit union’s Board of Directors.  The APY is a percentage rate that shows the total amount of dividends, based on the dividend rate and the frequency of compounding for a 365-day period.Balance Information.  To obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield(s) you must maintain a minimum average daily balance corresponding with that outlined “Rate Information” above.  You will not earn any dividend for the period if your average daily balance is less than $501.00.

Compounding and Crediting.  Dividends will be compounded quarterly and credited quarterly.  The dividend period is quarterly – for example, the first dividend period of the calendar year begins on January 1 and ends on March 31.  All other dividend periods follow the same pattern of dates.  The dividend declaration date is the date the credit union’s Board of Directors declares a dividend for a particular dividend period.

Bylaw Requirements.  The par value of a regular share in this credit union is $5.00.  You must complete payment for one share in your Regular Share Account in accordance with credit union bylaws as a prerequisite for attaining and retaining membership in the credit union.

Accrual of Dividends.  Dividends begin to accrue on the business day you deposit cash and noncash items.

Effect of Closing an Account.  If you close your account before dividends are credited, you will not receive accrued dividends.

Transaction Limitations.  During any statement period, you may not make more than six withdrawals or transfers to another credit union account of yours or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer or telephonic order of instructions.  No more than three of the six transfers may be made by check, draft, debit card, if applicable, or similar order to a third party.  If you exceed the transfer limitations set forth above in any statement period, your account will be subject to closure.  The Board of Directors reserves the right to limit the maximum amount of shares that may be held by one member in this credit union (Ref Art III, Sec 2, FCU Bylaws).

Nature of Dividends.  Dividends are paid from current income and available earnings after required transfers to reserves at the end of a dividend period.

National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund.  Member accounts in the credit union are federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration.

Balance Computation Method.  Dividends are calculated by the average daily balance method which applies a periodic rate to the average daily balance in the account for the period.  The average daily balance is calculated by adding the balance in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period.

Features of Christmas Club Accounts.  The maturity date for this account is October 31.  Club funds will be available between November 1st and Christmas Eve.  Members desiring to participate in the club account program do not have to reapply each year unless their account is closed prior to the normal period ending date.  There is a $15.00 withdrawal fee for any non-closing withdrawal made prior to the club’s maturity date.
